Born and raised in London, 101xuki has been chasing sound since the age of fifteen. A singer, songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist, he builds worlds out of emotion, sometimes fragile and personal, sometimes explosive and raw. Inspired by bands like The Strokes, The Smiths, Tame Impala, and Teen Suicide, his music drifts between the melancholy and anger of your darkest moments, and the love and joy of your brightest.
What began as an escape became a lifeline. After years spent fighting an addiction, he turned to music not for fame, but survival, turning pain, numbness, and fleeting joy into sound. Every track feels like a page from a diary.
Now twenty and fully immersed in his craft, xuki treats music like alchemy, chasing the strange, the imperfect, and the beautiful. His music doesn’t tell you how to feel, it lets you. Somewhere between distortion pedals and synths, he’s trying to capture what it means to be human.
the cult
- why did you start making music?
since i was young, i was fascinated by the process of creating something out of thin air that could make you feel very deep emotions, all from vibrations in the air.
